r.surf.contour's fast mode is now the default.
Slow mode marked for future removal.
Module's options and flags have been left in a backwards compatible way.
(fast: ~5mb RAM use   slow: ~3mb RAM use  for a 3000x3000 cell region)

0 as NULL and CELL output only remain to be fixed.
