Subject: GRASS startup exited abnormally

Platform: WindowsNT/2000/XP
grass obtained from: CVS
grass binary for platform: Downloaded precompiled Binaries
GRASS Version: 6.1.cvs (2006)

Sorry about my question - I am a new user.
I got the following messages while starting GRASS:

What I have done wrong? What can I do to solve my problem?
