Subject: lidar lib makefile uses LIBES for libs

Platform: Mac OSX
grass obtained from: Trento Italy site
grass binary for platform: Compiled from Sources
GRASS Version: 6.2+

lidarlib uses LIBES for needed libraries, instead of EXTRA_LIBS.  So none of those libs are added to the 
lidarlib make command and it fails to build.
