[GRASS-dev] download page version order

Hi,

Shall we promote GRASS 6.1.0 more on the download webpage? Right now it
is burried way down the page. If we want to keep a stable/devel split,
maybe just add a line + #link above the versions frame saying "We
suggest most users try version 6.1.0 to begin with"  ??

Should we demote 5.4.0 to the "Old GRASS versions" section now?
Then we could call 6.0.2 "Old Stable".
