Hi Hamish,

yes, the GRASS-QA folks in Canada wrote the needed script
for us to feed the CIA system. All messages appear also
in IRC in the #grass channel:

irc://irc.freenode.net/grass

in nearly real time. Apparently I forgot to announce it.
