Subject: hermannskogel  datum parameters for Slovakia

grass obtained from: Trento Italy site
grass binary for platform: Compiled from Sources

Hermannskogel datum parameters for Slovakia (Krovak projection) are wrong. The estimated error for these parameters is about 120-130 m.
Unless proper parameters are available I suggest to use parameters for Czech republic which give acceptable results with 1-3 meter error.
The item for Slovakia should be removed from menu and item for Czech republic (1.) could be extended to include also Slovakia.
The evaluation was done using local cartographic tools (Samuel for ArcView and Dattra).
