[GRASS5] expressions in d.vect.thematic

Hi Moritz,

I haven't touched it since the mail you cite. We moved to debug and
extend the dbf driver and then, having update expressions there, I
didn't come back to it. I wasn't very fond of my awk artihmetic parser
anyway (although it worked :)

Does anybody else feel it's convenient/desirable? I can update current
d.vect.thematic and v.univar.sh to use expressions, given that we now
have proper NaN handling, expressions in all db drivers and so on.
Opinions?
