[GRASS5] [bug #4082] (grass) libgrass_driver is not built

It's resolved with this change in CVS (done in date 2006_02_12).
The Freetype libs was missing.

change in display/drivers/lib/Makefile
line 3

EXTRA_LIBS=$(GISLIB) $(FTLIB) $(ICONVLIB)
