[GRASS5] r.reclass.area -- new units parameter

Hi all,

I have tried to modified the GRASS module r.reclass.area. I have added
the new parameter 'units'.

I have also removed part of the code which disallows overwriting base
map (regardless of OVERWRITE variable).

All suggestions are welcomed. Thanks for testing it...
