Subject: v.out.ascii with tuncated coordiantes

grass obtained from: CVS
grass binary for platform: Compiled from Sources

I would like to have a v.out.ascii module which truncates the 
float coordinates output. This is required by the GRASS test suite.

A module called v.out.ascii2 is available at:
http://www-pool.math.tu-berlin.de/~soeren/grass/modules/v.out.ascii2.tar.gz

This module fulfills the needs, but is not tested by other yet.
