Subject: UI errors in GIS Manager

Platform: Mac OSX
grass obtained from: Trento Italy site
grass binary for platform: Downloaded precompiled Binaries
GRASS Version: 6.1.cvs

Using the GRASS GIS Manager interface, I noticed that when you add many layers, the list of layers 
bleeds down into the box below the list (see screen capture http://flickr.com/photos/
84201647 at N00/100454127/ ). This occurs consistently. Also, the interface in general has poor 
responsiveness. I often have to click on buttons 2 or 3 times before the function is activated.
