[GRASS5] team-page

Dear developers, 

during the last days I visited a few sides with "team" pages, describing who 
is working on which topic. e.g. http://solid.kde.org/cms/1009 

I found it pretty good to provide faces for certain topics of the software. 
This way the whole project becomes more concrete with respect to personal 
contacts and people interested in helping out or press related questions can 
be directly addressed. Of course if some people don't like to see their 
mail-address, the devel-list mail would be fine as well. 

If nobody raises objections I would add the people listed in the devel. 
credits file to a web page and ask everybody for a picture.
