[GRASS5] [bug #4113] (grass) Inconsistent language

Subject: Inconsistent language

Platform: Mac OSX
grass obtained from: Trento Italy site
grass binary for platform: Downloaded precompiled Binaries
GRASS Version: 6.1

When I'm running modules in Grass GIS Manager, the dialogue boxes and dialogue box at the bottom 
of the GIS Manager show comments in English, French and German - there doesn't appear to be any 
pattern to this, but it makes this version almost unusable!
