[GRASS5] [bug #3968] (grass) Can't start grass54 in cygwin!!

Subject: Can't start grass54 in cygwin!!

Platform: WindowsNT/2000/XP
grass obtained from: Other (CDROM etc)
grass binary for platform: Downloaded precompiled Binaries
GRASS Version: 5.4

I did all the things explained in http://grass.itc.it/grass54/binary/mswindows_cygwin/ but I can't start grass. Once I finished the installation (twice), I see no response running the command grass54 with startxwin.sh.
