[GRASS5] [bug #4007] (grass) gism2: missing the old-style zoom

the old-style zoom function has admittedly advantages but the new-stlye 
zoom is
more frequently used in other GIS/RS software packages hence users are
accustomed to it. I would let the user decide which zoom-style to use 
(if it is
possible in the configure menu), regards, Martin
