[GRASS5] [bug #3992] (grass) r.topmodel: i,o,i/o to all; raster/txt?

Indeed. All parameters have appropriate i, o or i/o assigned now. I'll rename
the bug.

I tried r.topmodel only once and forgot which are i/o are txt or raster by
now.  If I happen to try it once more I'll note down and pass over. Anybody is
wellcome to do it by that time.
