[GRASS-dev] New OpenGL options to test for native Mac and Win NVIZ

NOTE:

I forgot some shell setup info here.  While it may be obvious to  
change your GRASS_WISH and GRASS_TCLSH to the Tcl/Tk Aqua tclsh and  
wish, you also need to set osxaqua=1 in your shell environment for  
the Tcl scripts to use for a couple things.

ie: add

export osxaqua=1

to your .bash_profile
