[GRASS5] [bug #4150] (grass) R.flow hangs when run from the TclTk dialog

R.flow hangs and will not complete if run from the TclTk dialog. It seems to
run fine from the command line with arguments.

Besides making r.flow difficult to use, it cannot be used from a script
unless the script also is only run from the command line.
