[GRASS-dev] move d.vect's test_bg_color() to verbose mode?

If color=white for fcolor=white, d.vect gives

WARNING: Line color and background color are the same!

But when plotting over a raster or different d.erase color, this warning
is superfluous. Should it be changed to only make noise in -v verbose
mode? (or G_debug(1,))
