Subject: gis.m: only one legend printed for two thematic layers

grass obtained from: CVS
grass binary for platform: Compiled from Sources
GRASS Version: cvs_head_20060523

When displaying two thematic layers via gis.m, only one legend is displayed, the first being replaced by the second.
gis.m should open two legend windows.
