Subject: gis.m: thematic legend txt file in working directory

grass obtained from: CVS
grass binary for platform: Compiled from Sources
GRASS Version: cvs_head_20060523

Displaying a thematic legend in gis.m creates a 'gismlegend.txt' file in the working directory which persists even after gis.m is closed.

This file shouldn't be created in the working directory, but in some tmp directory and it certainly shouldn't survive the closing of gis.m.
