[GRASS-dev] Error in redrawing text layer in gis.m

how do you get to that tool? "PS txt" is the last button on the top row
of the GIS manager for me (6.2, 6.3).

I see in the help page it should be there:

"Add text layer
Adds layer to display a line of text using default GRASS font (selected
with d.font). Options include: text placement (screen coordinates); and
text size, bolding, and color. See d.text."


but no button for it. Am I blind?
