[GRASS-dev] Scripts still using "-q" instead of "--q"

sometimes, fprintf is used on places, where G_message or G_warning
should be used, so the user can controll level of verbosity of grass
modules globaly.

for printing results of some calculation, fprintf(stdout,,) should be used
