[GRASS-dev] GRASS 6.2.0RC3 tomorrow

Hi,

to keep things moving, I want to package GRASS 6.2.0RC3
tomorrow. Due to the numerous backports it will be
better to have this extra release candidate.

Especially gis.m should be tested again.

Missing are basically the Polish EPSG codes.
