Could you add links to the individual files somewhere?

In its current state, the native Windows version is arguably more
useful to developers wishing to help with the port than people who
actually want to use it, so an environment where you can compile GRASS
is more important than one where you can use it.

For that, a monolithic installer isn't necessarily the best approach.
