Subject: v.clean tcl/tk dialog is too narrow

grass obtained from: Trento Italy site
grass binary for platform: Compiled from Sources
GRASS Version: 6.2_cvs_snapshot_08_31

By default v.clean tcl/tk dialog is too narrow to fit all "Cleaning tool:" 
options and - more important - no horizontal scrolling mechanism or hints 
about options outside window (invisible). Resizing window fixes problem.

Other modules may also be affected, as it looks like bug in determining 
required window width (wrong container for selectable options?). Better 
would be if there was some line wrapping mechanism enabled if option list is 
wider than window.

This bug exists in 6.1, 6.2 and 6.3.
