If they don't work, you can turn them off:

	export GRASS_NO_GLX_PBUFFERS=1
	export GRASS_NO_GLX_PIXMAPS=1

I'm starting to get really curious as to whether either pBuffers or
GLX Pixmaps actually work for *anyone*.
