[GRASS-dev] v.kernel, v.neighbors output type

Hi,
v.kernel and v.neighbors have output option defined as TYPE_STRING
thus GUI cannot identify that option as output.
It should use G_define_standard_option(G_OPT_R_OUTPUT) instead.
