[GRASS-dev] update on wxPython GUI for GRASS

Yes. The r.li TclTk dialog needs to be recreated in wxPython. It looks like
it will be fairly easy to do, but I haven't looked at the code in much
detail.
Need to ask Markus about the move to the svn.
