[GRASS-dev] Krovak datum now selectable

Hi,

I have activated the query for Krovak datum. A name mapping from/to
    "S_JTSK_Ferro",
    "Militar_Geographische_Institut",
was missing in lib/proj/convert.c

Now the datum dialog pops up when defining via EPSG code or
g.proj:

g.proj datum=-1 epsg=2065
---

Used in whole hermannskogel region
towgs84=653.000,-212.000,449.000
[...]

Backported to 6.2-release branch, too.
