[GRASS-dev] Patch for d.vect.thematic

Hello,

attached is a small patch that fixes a small bug in d.vect.thematic:
Other layers than 1 could not be used as sources for attribute data. The
reason is quite obvious: in determining the column type through v.info,
the layer was set to 1 instead of $GIS_OPT_LAYER.
