There is still an issue with the docs.

An updated description.html still does not trigger a rebuild of the help page.

$ cd raster/r.los/
$ touch description.html
$ make
make /usr/local/src/grass/grass63/dist.i686-pc-linux-gnu/docs/html/r.los.html HTMLSRC=/usr/local/src/grass/grass63/dist.i686-pc-linux-gnu/bin/r.los
make[1]: Entering directory `/usr/local/src/grass/grass63/raster/r.los'
make[1]: `/usr/local/src/grass/grass63/dist.i686-pc-linux-gnu/docs/html/r.los.html' is up to date.
make[1]: Leaving directory `/usr/local/src/grass/grass63/raster/r.los'


"[$GISBASE]/docs/html/r.los.html' is up to date."

no it isn't.


'rm r.los.tmp.html' doesn't help either.

only 'rm $GISBASE/docs/html/r.los.html' triggers the rebuild.
