Initial Comment:
I am trying to download Windows GRASS using Cygwin setup, using the instructions on 
http://grass.itc.it/grass62/binary/mswindows/
but the download fails.
Looking at the files listing: grass-6.2.2-2.cygwin.tar.bz2	
Looking at the setup.ini:

The last number is different on the file on setup.ini and the file that is actually on the directory.

Please update setup.ini
