BTW, is there reason why P079215 is 3d vector map?

1) convert lines to boundaries
2) add centroids
3) use v.extrude to convert area to volumes

or

convert boundaries to faces

v.extrude -t bldg_resid_b out=bldg_resid_3d height=10 \
elev=el_D792_6m --o type=boundary
