 It's best if you can avoid mixing substantial changes and formatting
 changes in the same patch. If the code wasn't formatted either preserve
 the original formatting (or use e.g. "svn diff -x -b" to ignore whitespace
 changes) or re-format the code first.

 FWIW, I've reformatted r.out.gdal in r34914.
