[GRASS-dev] way to create PROJ_INFO and PROJ_UNITS

Hi, assume I create a location from outside GRASS and need to create
the PROJ_INFO and PROJ_UNITS files, since without proj there is no way
to do that.
Is there a way to create those file through g.proj from null, best if
supplying the epsg code?
