the current MSYS environment I provide contains:

* with GEOS, Expat, PostgreSQL and SQLite support enabled

The one I'm going to upload contains all the previous libs updated to last 
available source code release (except for flex and bison), plus the libjpeg 
and libtiff with jpeg support
