I would suggest leaving 6.4.0 for a while yet. Otherwise, you'll be up
to 6.123.0 by the time that we start thinking about releasing 7.0.
I'd be more concerned about 6.3.1, as there have been a fair number of
straightforward bug-fixes since 6.3.0.
