The --with-tcltk option really has nothing to do with the TclTk GUI,  
it's just for NVIZ.  The GRASS TclTk GUI will use by default whichever  
"wish" it finds at runtime in your PATH.  The GUI that is used is  
controlled by GRASS_GUI.  See the GRASS documentation.
