 This is an enhancement to m.cogo. The two features added are:

  * the input format now accepts bearings in decimal degrees
  * input data can now include slope angles and slope distances.
 The reverse transform has also been updated.

 The only real caveat to this change is that the starting coordinate must
 be in a triplet (coord=x,y,z), even if the input is 2d only, though the z
 value is ignored in that case.
