 .. make that using day 355 for testing. more noticeable shadows to follow.

  * the incidout output map needs to be modified so fully-shaded reports
 NULL not 0 degrees incidence angle.

  * for mode 2 I notice that I have to drop the time step to about 3
 minutes to get a smooth output map (step=0.05)
