[GRASS-dev] testing cost surface updates

Colin,

I just tested the new cost surface patches. All compile fine. I did a  
full test of r.walk + r.drain. It all works and looks good.

Tested in develbranch_6 (GRASS 6.5) from last night's SVN on Mac Intel.
