The testing on Windows (MingW|OSGeo4W).
Additionally the wxdigit be working on Windows.

But yes, it should happen soon.

Last night Juergen Fischer (jef) kindly recompiled GRASS 6.4.0svn
and uploaded it for the OSGeo4W. Will write another mail to announce
that.
