 Hi,

 it would be nice if v.in.mapgen would add sequentially increasing cat
 numbers to the lines it imports. currently all lines are without cat.

 either by simply running `v.category opt=add` after the import or
 by modifying the awk script to create cat numbers directly in the
 v.in.ascii file.
