 the NSIS-installer is able to run g.mkfontcap
 (http://nsis.sourceforge.net/Docs/Chapter4.html#4.9.1.2)

 is there any other information needed by g.mkfontcap (beside the ouput
 destination GRASS_FONT_CAP)?
