 fixed in devbr6 with r41042. please test.


 module is still rather buggy, & it gets differently worse after
 v.build.polylines. (test map: railroads at spearfish)
 - see v.buffer bug report, it's the same lib fn causing problems AFAIK.

 I didn't figure out how to get angle= to work. maybe I need minordistance
 for that? (docs needed)
