sympathies about requesting yet more server transition work, but fwiw we
should really get the rsync mirrors back up and running before announcing a
new release.

http://grass.ibiblio.org et. al are currently frozen at July 13 when the
xblade went off-line.


happy to scrape out a little time to help with that as needed,

ps- I notice the weekly translation stats page is broken at the ibiblio
mirror (& has been for a while).
