 I can confirm this with 6.4.0svn nightly build r42815 on my
 WinVista32-box.

 in my self-compiled grass64 and grass65 r.terraflow is working. also in a
 self built WinGrass-installer of grass64 and grass65.

 but for compiling I have to comment out the lines added in r42799, r42797
 because package.sh isn't working for me.
