 Installing winGrass 6.4.1.RC2-1 on winXP

 During installation, generating the font configuration file
 (run_gmkfontcap.bat) fails because %GISBASE%/etc/fontcap file already
 exists. (Have wondered for some months why the command window that opens
 during winGrass installation then closes with a beep.)

 In addition, the pre-existing fontcap file contains font locations (e.g.
 c:/osgeo4/....) that don't exist on a standard Win XP and winGrass 6.4.1
 binary install.
