[GRASS-dev] fixing dateline problem in r.water.outlet

Who is maintaining r.water.outlet? 

I just met someone who ID'ed a bug in r.water.outlet that keeps it from working across the international dateline, reported it on trak, and then came up with a fix and submitted the diff to trak. Ticket 1397: http://trac.osgeo.org/grass/ticket/1397

But nothing seems to have happened since then. While I could commit it, it would be better if someone who knows the code and C to take a look at it to make sure it's OK. It would help people to better model the Bearing Land Bridge.

Also the individual is a budding potential contributor to the dev team.
